Your baby crossed the due date? It is perfectly normal, as most babies decide to come out after the end of week 40. In fact, only 5% of the babies are delivered on their actual due date. If your baby is thinking of a late check out, let it be; there is still room for baby’s growth and perfect health.
The ideal weight of the baby is estimated to be approximately 3.6 kg (7.93 pounds).
By week 41, your body is all geared up for the delivery of the little one. There is still time for naturally induced labour so do not worry about the baby’s overdue, yet. Most post term deliveries aren’t late but just a miscalculation of the date of conception.
Diarrhea is a good symptom to indicate that the delivery is nearing apart from the contractions. So sit back and let your sweet pea send you the signal. Pregnant women may also suffer from symptoms like more frequent urination, bloody show, pelvic pain, haemorrhoids, cervical dilation and effacement.
