Week 3 & 4

In the last two weeks of the 3rd month, your little one flashes his innocent smile often. He is, however, careful about his company and takes some time to adapt to new people around him. The part of your baby’s brain that is responsible for hearing, smell and language is very active at this stage. You can aid the development by talking, reading out loud and playing some soothing music.

Ways to look fab & feel comfy!

The past few months have always been about the little one. Now that he is finally settling into the world and your home, you want to regain control over your own life. It begins with realigning the wardrobe. Beginning to dress up post the baby can be a daunting idea for many new mothers. Here are some cool ideas to look fab and yet feel comfortable.

Stretchable skirts: Now is the best time to bring out your skirts. Ensure that they are stretchable. Pair them up with semi fitted, comfortable top.

Go colourful: Colours divert the attention from the waist area. Whichever post-baby attire you choose, make it colourful and vibrant

Accessorize: It is not always about clothes. Choose accessories that can accentuate your looks and take away the attention from your size. And what’s more? Unlike clothes accessories don’t have a shelf life and can continue to make you look great even after you shed the extra kilos.

  • Comfortable lingerie: When you are a new mom you need to wear supportive breastfeeding bras which will make every outfit look good on you.
  • Stretchable pants: There is so much variety out there for new moms of this generation. Leggings, jeggings or palazzos, these comfortable trousers place no strain around your waist and make you look chic. Pair them up with a tunic or a long top.
