• The voucher code will be sent through m-coupon / e-voucher to your registered mobile number / email ID provided at the time of enrolment with LifeCell. No duplicate codes will be provided in case of loss or misplacement

• For any assistance regarding redemption process or usage of the product/service, the customer is requested to contact the brand partners’ helpline directly. LifeCell July not be in a position to offer any assistance on redemption or product/service usage.

GOODWILL GESTURE FROM LIFECELL

• These offers are only offered free of cost as a goodwill gesture and is neither traded against any commercial value with the customer nor carries any monetary value. Hence no refunds, exchange, replacement or any other claims in whatsoever manner can be made pertaining to product delivery, deficiencies, inability of the partner to honor, suitability, quality etc.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

• Delivery of the product will take around 10-15 days from the brand partners. If the product is undelivered due to wrong address or any other reason, the customer has to bear the cost of extra shipping in this case.
