Detailed terms and conditions*

1. This offer is designed exclusively for LifeCell clients who enrol with LifeCell for umbilical cord stem cell banking service and is applicable only during the period of this offer.
2. This complimentary holiday is valid in the following resort locations: Baiguney, Binsar-Valley, Binsar-Villa, Cherai Coorg, Corbett, Dharamshala, Gangtok, Gir, Goa-Emerald Palms, Jaisalmar, Kanatal, Kandhaghat, Kumbhalgarh, Manali, Mashobra(Shimla), Munnar, Mussoorie, Naukuchiatal, Nawalgarh, Ooty, Pondicherry, Poovar, Thekkady, Udaipur, Virajpet & Yercaud and is subject to availability.
3. This Holiday Voucher is valid for 2 nights and 3 Days stay for a family of 4. (2 Adults and 2 Children below the age of 12 or 3 Adults)
4. Mahindra Holidays reserves its right to add or remove any Resort/s from the above list at its sole discretion. An updated list shall be displayed at the holiday voucher redemption page (http://giftvoucher.clubmahindra.com/gvredeem). The enumeration of any Resort in the above list does not guarantee a booking against requisition.
5. This complimentary holiday can be availed only in the following periods June 1st to august 9th 2022.
6. Availability of Resort & Apartment is subject to change from time to time and can be confirmed on the basis of real-time online availability as and when you login for the purposes of the Booking.
7. The Holiday Voucher Code will be sent to you within a month from the date of enrolment through m-coupon / e-voucher to your registered mobile number and email ID provided at the time of enrolment with LifeCell. No duplicate codes will be provided in case of loss or misplacement.
8. The Holiday Voucher code will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of generation. No further extension will be provided for the redemption of voucher code.
9. Accommodation will be provided free of cost on the basis of apartment category reserved only to the number of individuals as permissible and provided for in the given apartment category no further accompanying guests shall be allowed. All other costs, including but not limited to cost of travel, meals, taxes (including luxury tax where applicable) and cost of using various services and facilities at the participating resorts, will have to be borne by the bearer of the Holiday Voucher
10. The Booking should be confirmed within the validity period. Room availability ‘First Come – First Serve’.
11. Mahindra Holidays shall provide alternate accommodation, if for some reason, it is unable to provide holiday after issuance of confirmation voucher in the allotted resort
12. An Electronic Confirmation Voucher (e-CV) would be sent to your email address registered with us within an hour from the time of booking. You can also print the Electronic Confirmation Voucher (e-CV) by providing your registration number and email address registered in Club Mahindra website.
13. To honour your reservation, Please carry the Confirmation Voucher with a valid government photo identity proof at the time of checking at the resort.
14. This Holiday voucher is non-transferable and valid for only one Confirmation Voucher (CV). Holidays once confirmed cannot be cancelled or deferred or gifted.
15. The stay under Holiday Voucher is only applicable for non-members and it cannot be clubbed with any other GV/Offer/Facility/Right.
16. Allocation of dates is completely under the discretion of Club Mahindra

18. This offer / voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or discounts or exchanged for any other product or service in any form. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer extended by LifeCell or Club Mahindra.
19. Limited period offer and LifeCell & Club Mahindra reserve the right to withdraw/modify this offer at any point of time.
20. Travel during pregnancy and the destination of travel is a choice of the expectant couple at their own discretion. LifeCell does not recommend or suggest travel and in medical interest the couple is recommended to consult their doctor to seek medical advice for travel.
