The collection kit has been designed and dispatched with 3 layers of protection to ensure the safety and security of your semen sample. This is because the sample will be handled by multiple personnel and travels through various geographies during transit.

• The collection kit comes with an external carton box wrapped in a tamper-proof outer cover. The outer cover doesn't display any information about the service, ensuring your privacy when using it.
• As a third layer, the sperm collection kit is placed inside a steel shipping container to protect against external impacts and serves as an additional temperature maintenance layer.

The safety & security features will ensure that your collection kit is carefully handled and transported both ways. However, if you notice any tampering or damage to the outer cover or carton upon receipt, you should carefully inspect the contents inside. If any contents are missing or damaged, kindly contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the kit. Make sure you also share relevant photographs so that we can assess the extent of damage (if any). Based on our assessment, we will arrange to send you a replacement kit or missing contents.

We recommend you collect your sample in the morning and ship it back to us the same day. In case you expect a delay in dispatch, be make sure to store the coolant canister in the refrigerator.

Yes. The coolant canister and all contents of the kit should be kept in the freezer for at least 12 hours prior to sample collection. Once the sample is collected, place the coolant canister along with the sample inside the refrigerator until dispatch.

You’ll receive the kit within 3-5 business days and you can provide a semen sample the following day. After the sample reaches our lab, you will receive your results within 24 hours.

The use of lubricant should be avoided as it may damage the quality of the sperm.

We strongly recommend you to collect your sample in the morning so that it can be dropped off with the logistics partner on your way to work or picked up by our logistics provider on the same day for immediate transhipment to our lab.

Ideally, your sample needs to reach our laboratory within 24 hours so that the transit temperature is maintained well within the desired & optimum levels. Hence, to ensure the best quality of results, it is recommended that the sample is handed over to our logistics partner on the same day of collection.

If you collect your sample in the evening or at night, make sure you dispatch the kit first thing in the morning. Meanwhile, store the coolant canister in the fridge compartment of your refrigerator. Any delay in the sample dispatch may result in the loss of viability of the sperm and in such case, you might have to repeat collection at your expense.

This is not recommended. Since weekend shipping is not operated by our logistics partner, the sample may take longer to reach us. Therefore, we suggest scheduling your collection between Monday and Friday.

It is advisable to refrain from all sexual activities for a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 7 days before collecting your semen. Additionally, you should have had at least one ejaculation within the past 5 days. This will ensure a good sample for processing and preservation.

Place the coolant canister along with the sample in the steel shipment container inside the carton box along with the signed Semen Collection Declaration form. Once ready to post, place the carton box inside the tamper-proof prepaid return outer pack and schedule an at-home sample pick-up. The sample may deem unfit for processing due to bacterial contamination (which happens when the sample is not collected properly - i.e. use of lubricants, condoms or other liquids).

If your sample is found not to be suitable for processing, you will be required to provide another sample via repeat collection. For this purpose, a collection kit will be made available to you at a nominal cost of INR 2,000 (Two Thousand Only).

Your SpermScore report will be accessible on your personalized dashboard within 24 hours after we receive and test your sample (provided it meets the testing criteria). Your fertility report will contain details of your sperm health.
