Dr. Nithya S

Coming from a strong academic background, Dr. Nithya is someone who loves to learn new things every day! Her experience boasts hands-on training & expertise in different methods of stem cell mobilization, collection, processing & storage. Her clinical expertise further lies in Therapeutic Plasma exchanges, Donor apheresis, immunohematological discrepancies and newer stem cell modifications including TCR alpha beta depletion, CD 19 depletion, and Extracorporeal photopheresis. Dr. Nithya completed her MBBS from Thanjavur Medical College, followed by an MD with a specialization in Immunohematology & Blood transfusion from Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai. Her idea of a perfect day includes fun family time, trying her hand at new cuisines, and reading the classics from Tamil literature!
