Krathi & Fathima who guided and helped me the procedure of collecting the umbilical cord once i have reached the hospital. Lifecell fathima who guided me and in contact with me & did the follow-up for every 1-hr about the situation in hospital and in contact with the hospital team once patient went to operation theatre. Initially we were very apprehensive to go with stem cell banking. Chandru was very helpful during the entire process and patiently addressed all our queries. 

Most Importantly he arranged the kit within 2 hours inpite of short notice. We had to go to hospital urgently before the due date as the pain already started, but he reached the hospital before us and handed over the kit.
